The author of this little book wrote it for her granddaughter. She want to give a child a sense of the presence of God. This book was part of what shaped my spirituality and faith in a listening God, and led me to my priestly vocation. The book stars in my own memoir soon to be published.
I gave it to one of my granddaughters/5(17). I love these Little Golden books, especially the little golden book about God. I had the same book when I was a child, my children had it, & now I have purchased it for my grandchildren. Nothing has changed about the book, not even the cover/5().

Richards' writing is impeccable and her flair for language is beautifully and amazingly displayed in Little Gods. While many may criticise the lengthiness of the book, I assure that you will not regret reading it to the end/5.
A beautifully written and illustrated Little Golden Book that serves as both a gentle and comforting introduction to the concept of God. This poetic book illustrates how even the tiniest things that we might take for granted, like the "jewels on the insect's back," are part of God's great plan.4/5(5).
